Getting the original fish taco is obligatory. No matter the new tag line (fresh mex? Coastal grill?) or new menu items behind standard Tex mex food... beer battered fish taco is a MUST.
yea, I'm pretty much addicted to Rubio's. The fish taco especial is the best!! go on tuesday...it's half off.

They have an amazing dish called "rajas" - you can get carnitas rajas or chicken , etc. OMG- has grilled veggies and peppers in there- soooo delish!

This chain has really slipped. Very sad. Burritos are tiny... And who serves a burrito cut in half-- gringos-- and WAY over priced
