El Parian serves other dishes, but the birria is what I come for. Tender, rich chunks of stewed goat meat in a consommé , eaten with corn tortillas , onion and cilantro . Heaven! CASH ONLY !
The birria is turkey superb. Get the meat on the side as the pieces can be big and really need shredding before tossing into the broth. Also I've found I get nicer pieces of meat this way.
