Fantastic gym . However, their guest policy stinks. Who wants to pay $15 for a one day pass? When you pay this much money, you should be able to bring a friend or family member for free once in a while

Best workout facility in St. Louis. Great jacuzzi and steam rooms . Good deal/convenient haircut for guys at salon (I recommend Kelly).

The Zumba classes are awesome and a great workout!

Great gym ... horrible customer service. CHANGE THE GUEST POLICIES PLEASE! When people pay so much to be a part of a family gym the benefit should be the ability to bring guests .

Good luck trying to measure your own heart rate if you don't have ur own monitor and someone hops on a machine next to you #veryannoying

Love the facilities but they really lack in customer service. There are a few employees that are just the exception to this. Should be the other way around.

After 9 pm is a great time to get on the machines.

Cafe service is great, but talking to the girls is like talking to a lamp shade.

Watch out, an ominous man who calls himself "The Truth" likes to frequent the steam rooms and hot tubs in a speedo. Beware.

The facilities are great, but the service is leaving much to be desired. I've had a lot of frustrating, negative encounters with the people at the front desk when asking questions or bringing guests .
