桜鉄火丼 。馬肉 の赤身 は淡泊なんだけど、噛めば噛むほど甘みが出てうまい。初めて餃子 と一緒に食べたが、意外なほど相性が良い。ジューシーさとさっぱりした感じとで。
餃子 は餡 がとにかく肉 々しい。揚げ 餃子 はメンチカツ のよう。ビール が進む。
