Love the portrait studio. The photographer Sarah (I think) is great. So patient and kind with the kids. And she took great pictures. This is our third visit here and will return again.
You should always make an appointment! And if you want to get Christmas pictures done, book the appt. for September!
Great associates. If you use the portrait studio book the time slots twenty minutes in advance, they ALWAYS run behind!!! Trust me. Or learn the hard way.
The portrait staff is awesome with small kids and babies.

Stay away from Renee in the salon. Nasty attitude nearly had a breakdown when I was in her chair. She doesn't deserve to be employed at JCP. I shall never return !.
