On the 1 in a 1000 chance you have a complaint, try telling an employee in the store. It's amazing how you can get satisfaction from action rather than complaining uselessly on a phone app.

The Geek Squad folks are pretty much clueless... At least the two I talked to. Get a second, non-Geek Squad, opinion before you have them do any work on your computer.

If you are going to look for a tablet, ask one or two or three of the guys. If they all agree on one product, it's probably good.
