Pho Quinn

Pho with rare beef , balls, brisket had pretty good stock. Toppings were decent except the beef balls , which had pathetic - they were the smallest beef balls ever. But they were quite springy.

Fried meat spring rolls were pretty good. They seemed cheaper than average & had not too much filler . They were fresh, hot & crispy . The dipping sauce was miserly though.

Their mango salad is 5% mango , 90% lettuce, 5% fried scallion flakes , and no peanuts . Authenticity , I tell ya.

This Vietnamese place has a pretty standard menu. Hue beef noodle soup was decent. It was above average spicy .

Relatively short menu. Average priced in today's economy. Interestingly lack of any grilled beef and chicken items in the menu.

Way, way overpriced for the amount of food we got. Servers seemed inexperienced. Food quality was ok except the "rare beef " was a very pale colour, almost like chicken .
