If you park at Stanford House you can turn this into a nice little 3-4 mile hike . Plus you'd be just down the road from Blue Hen Falls - see two falls in one day!
Easy 5 mile hike to the falls from the train station or quick walk from the parking lot . Lots of steps though which can be slippery if wet.

Brandywine is a nice falls,not a far from the parking place,also you can’t take a hike trail ,it’s a moderate
Open year round. March thru April are best months to view the falls- during & after snowmelt & rain. Bring your cameras ! Awesome place.
Totally worth it! The home is pretty simple too and all on boardwalks!
The view is worth the trip. Start on your bike at 303 and ride up to here.

Parking is very limited. You may have to park on the street or start at the Stafford barn and hike over.
