Name change, now Sound of Veggie inside Coda House. Truffle noodles was yum, friendly service .
Try the chilled king oyster mushroom and the spicy sauce it comes with (looks like barbecue sauce but tastes wasabi ). The dessert - mango and nata de coco in sweet sago soup is also very nice.
Ok so I like steak and this joint makes me rethink vegetarian cuisine . On level 3 Coda Plaza , try the turnip cake and mushroom dumpling . Very tasty.
Always really tasty veggie dishes here. Though sometimes they do use quite a lot of oil. Aubergine dishes and tofu dishes are really good.
Get the Japanese style table in the corner to avoid too many people around. Lotus sticky rice and Corn dumpling are just too good. Ask Chef to make noodles with your own Sauce base.
I'm not sure that the dishes here are particularly healthy but everything is very good - my favorite was the deep fried enoki.
We had the truffle dumplings and the mapo tofu . Both delicious!
The mushroom dishes are awesome particularly the one with a black truffle sauce . Everything we ordered was simply great.
Best veggie yum cha in HK. Ingredients are high integrity and taste profiles are robust. A must visit.
