Lavallette Beach

Quite possibly the best beach in New Jersey. Quiet . Never over crowded . Lots of places to grab lunch or refreshments right by, plus the trucks that pull up at the end of the streets. Love it.

Nice beaches with a good mix of families and young people. Even on the holiday weekend it wasn't too crowded . Highly recommended.

If you want to grab a quick lunch not far from the beach , go to Lenny's pizzeria on the corner of Rt 35 and Guyer.

Iceberg Icecream is the best icecream place in town ! Warning: Salty's is way too expensive !

Beaches on Trenton Ave, Philadelphia Ave, and Westmont Ave allow surfing . All other beaches do not.
