MoMA's Café 2 is not a tourist trap. Surprisingly, it is an efficient restaurant that delivers great food at a reasonable price. If you need a bite to eat while at MoMA, visit Café 2.
Simple and indescribable Italian cuisine from Chef Lynn Bound. If you don't have a museum ticket or you aren't museum members, you can't enter to Café 2. Portion size is normal. Not Americans :)
I love people watching at the bar . It's currently raining and New Yorkers are really struggling....food here is great. Awesome portion sizes and really delicious all around.
Nice variety. Really good sandwiches and drinks. Friendly service .
Great place to eat, have a biccheri or birrichino of wine , and rest your eyes from all the stimulation. Food is good. Really.
A great alternative to the prix fix restaurants at MOMA. Don't worry about the wait - line moves fast.
The caprese salad knocked me out of my chair, and that's as a lover of authentic Italian food . The buratta was incredibly delicious.
The cafe changed from ordering by yourself to a more formal sit down business. This is in my top 10 of things I hate when great places turn into restaurants .
Didn't expect it but the food in this museum cafe is actually pretty good. The cured meats platter was good value !
Great service...they really cater to people with food allergies which is nice (if you make them aware).
They have power outlet in the seating area for USB and laptop, not very common in museum , like met.
Great Italian food if you are up for it , everything is great here.
Forget all "top NYC cheesecake " lists. They have the best one here!
The food is great but the staff just might spill a bottle of beer on you, so keep an eye out.
great pasta ;) good service too
The creamy polenta is out of this world. Huge portion and very filling.
Try the Kids Meal Panini - Peanut butter , Nutela and banana sandwich .
the most amazing polenta i've ever had.
I usually sit by the great windows. Good tip.
The kids' pasta is delicious!!! Actually, everything is delicious!
brownie and vanilla ice cream sandwich ! mostly ice cream tho
A cool place. Simple, clear, efficient.
Overbearing service. And coffee comes in buckets. But I'm in America, what do I expect?
Try Cavatieli broth, sinply delicious
Try the lentil soup and quinoa salad ; they are a perfect combo for lunch .
Rigatoni . Do it!
sit at the table by the window!
Get the dessert plate!
Stay away from the pork chops , they under cook it and tell you that it tastes better that way. If you order it, tell them to do it well done to not risk getting sick.
Nice place... Not the best service, though.
The Chickpea salad is great
The portobello panini is delicious.
The dark fudge brownie is AMAZING!!!
The pork chop is legendary.
The food is surprisingly good but unsurprisingly overpriced.
Try the Meat Plate
Try the Beets Salad
All museum food should be so good
Mushroom Tart
Quite good italian-ish food.
Rigatoni rocks
They have free WiFi here.
I discovered La Columbe coffee here...
Terrible coffee , burnt my tongue at first sip
Excelente cafeteria.
Excelente atención y comida. Se recomienda la Polenta y los Rigatoni .
Experimentem o "mac & cheese" daqui, é MUITO bom!
Exquisite prix fixe menu in back room. Phenomenal bar. Extraordinary desserts. Pricey but worth it. - Will Arnone
Try the Creamy Cornmeal Polenta - Wooooooow! I really dug this one! It came with homemade arugula-walnut pesto and fontina cheese. - Roni Lepore
Great gallery! Just a shame it’s constantly overcrowded... but stunning stuff! - Pari Mistry-Patel
amazingly cheap, quality food in soho is hard to find. cash only. perfect for catching up with a pal uninterrupted on a Sunday mid afternoon. - Stina P.
Good food made with love. Go for the BLT on a nice sunny spring day. - Mike Johnson
Impressive collection, beautiful sculpture garden. All that you can hope for in a museum. The 5th floor cafe is pricey, but the food is very good and the view on the balcony is worth the price. - Kaisa Hernberg
Great gifts! They are incredible! Not a cheap store, but very interesting. The designs are amazing. - Mariana Pantalena
It is a must to see at New York. I feel happy here. I like the sculptures, the fountains and the trees. A marvelous enviroment. - María Bello
