I keep thinking that the service is going to get better every time. It never does. They probably won't get your order right and it will take a long time.

Their carryout service is always SO slow! Be sure to call way ahead of time.

The service is atrocious. Took some lunch time off from work to get a meal. The server didn't notice/forgot I was there, then rushed the order and me out the door. How rude.

The Mediterranean Olga kicks butt. But the service is sometimes pretty dang slow.

Heidi was not a very good waitress when I ate dinner here. Not very busy and she treated serving us like her least favorite chore.
