Joe's Crab Shack

If you like seafood . This is the place. Conveniently behind the convention centre and in a huge lake , you can eat inside of out and get cool breezes and great seafood . I'd say give it a try.

Perfect example of a Joe's. Decent beer menu and pretty good seafood for better prices than many other places. But nothing special. Seafood gumbo is good. Any of the buckets will be worth it.

Finally a seafood restaurant in San Diego that serves food with flavor. I have been disappointed until now. Try the fish and shrimp , it is delicious and they give you 2 pieces of fresh tilapia . Yum!

The lobster and the crab !!! Dont doubt even a bit and order any of the two, specially the lobster ????????

Happy hour is 4pm-7pm and 9pm (maybe 10pm?) -close. Their hurricanes are great.

Seriously! Get their The Orleans. I was afraid I would never find New Orleans style crawfish in San Diego, but I was proven wrong. So good!

The Old Bay steam pot is delicious! 2 bunches of snow crab legs , 10 clams , andouille sausage , corn on the cob, and potatoes . It's $20, but worth every penny.

Who cares if its a seafood chain. It is a great one in a great location.

Nice people. Slow service. Great TWOSDAY prices. 2 dollar hurricane wasn't bad. We'll be back.

Just had the steam pot ... it was disgusting! The crab and shrimp tasted like sea water even though it was supposed to be garlic & herb flavor. If you want great tasting crab look up THE CRAB HUT.

The food was horrible. Nothing at all had flavor. The only thing that was even semi-appetizing on my plate was the corn on the cob. My calamari , fish , and shrimp were inedible.

Spent over $8 on a mixed drink and it tasted like water. Going to order beer if I ever come back.

Terrible place. The service is horrible. Went for Sunday football . They had leave it beaver on!! They were not welcoming. We left.
