Rinjin evokes nostalgia, of the good times in Japan, for me at least, not for my unamused partner. The food is soulful, yet rough-around-the-edges, like a home-cooked meal.
We ordered the karage chicken and add on rice . Chicken is juicy and tender, much better than other places. Udon is nice but still not up to my expectation. Overall food is little pricey at this area.
They have set meals where you can choose the dishes. Interesting concept. ❤️

The proprietress is extremely friendly. Menu is varied. Seafood is quite fresh. Liked the salmon ikura don. Mentai yakiudon is lightly stir-fried, feels more tossed. Teriyaki wings too sweet and dry. - William Ng
