新宿で有名なハンバーグ 専門店。ランチ は営業開始時間前から並ばないと直ぐには入れません。行列 が出来ている時は約1時間は待つと覚悟して下さい。しかし肝心の味が正直イマイチだったので再来はないかな。
肉 がとてもジューシーでソース もとても美味しくてとたも気に入った。また行きたい。メニュー全制覇したい。

予約いるのでちょっとランチ は無理ですが、岩手の岩中豚 の100%ハンバーグ が評判。「プレーン」200g 1480円は分厚い感じで食べごたえある
豚 100%と蜂蜜 とヨーグルト でもたれない。12時前にいくとさっと入れる。
生クリーム のマスタードソース が絶品。
