They are charging full price for rooms while Jack hammers pound away INSIDE THE ATRIUM from 9am to 5pm. Smelled like concrete dust, and I woke up with a sore throat. Evening reception with nasty wine .

If your higher than the 5th floor, take the stairs. Elevator takes waaaayyy too long.

The parrot rocks!!!
Not worth it. Plan on waiting for elevator and trying to hide from the noise. Front desk stepped out to tend to the lobby pet -a parrot - instead of helping me. Bizarre. Won't be back.
Not impressed with the customer service or the elevators . (Very slow and always full if you're on a lower floor) Will not stay here again.
Come visit Raleigh the parrot !
