Burger is amazing — would sleep inside that pretzel bun . The Colony2 is a perfect combo of spicy and sweet. Would have just skipped the truffle topping on the waffle fries .

keep this review in context but 2nd week opened BUT some highlights are the shaved sprouts salad w. pear and some UES specific fries . burger is always a must but the patties were dry + fries lukewarm

Pizza with mozzarella , honey , pistachio and truffle . One of the strangest pizzas I’ve ever had in my life. Honestly kind of amazing but gives you palate fatigue v quickly. Too much towards the end

Lived up to the hype!!! Sat at the bar and ordered the Colony with pepperoni , pickled jalopeno and hot honey . OUTSTANDING and had to exercise restraint not to devour the entire by myself.

Delicious Detroit-style, square pizza -- we got the Good Paulie, yuuuuum... also mouthwatering chicken parm sandwich + perfectly crisped waffle fries !!! There was ~2hr wait for 2 people with no resy!

Burger , pies, waffle fries are out of this world and worth the cals. Friendly service and good vibes!

Salads & Pizza !

Margherita and Brooklyn Big Mozz sticks were fine, but not wow. Slas wasn't wırth yhe price. As a drink Palomo was fine.
