Swanky spot with great music - sometimes there are fantastic live performances . And the food is top notch. Definitely recommend for a classy night out.
A cougar bar attached to the, arguably, best French restaurant in the city - Chez Vincent (is legit). Hannibal's is home to an infamous Basketball Wives brawl and that's about all it has going for it.
Great food! Service suffers. Be patient. Your waitress may choose the bar over you.
