Why is it so hard to get a Moca Frap here.??? With extra coffee and a shot of Hazelnut & Vanilla . They can never get it correct; it's not that difficult! The people in this store need retraining!!!

This Starbucks has such friendly staff . Great place!

And what's with the staff running around like chickens with their heads cut off with 2 people in the dining room and NO ONE in the drive-thru?

Worst Starbucks in the East Bay ! Good luck getting your order right if you go through the drive-thru. And if your coffee tastes the same from one visit to the next, you're one of the few.

Friendly staff but my drinks are always messed up here. Even when they remake a drink they're still making it wrong.

I don't know what's going on right now but the staff is being reallly loud for 10:40 am with all the business people in here.

The staff is always very friendly and always make me smile

The Starbucks people here make everything hella complicated...
