One of our favorite fast food places. Great cuban menu, awesome flavors. Healthy options here & perfect if your counting calories or carbs they publish all of their nutritional info.

Pollo Tropical is amazing.. it's up there with Moe's, Chipotle and Tijuana ... and you can't beat Pollo 's prices. Amazing

We've tried just about everything here and it's all tasted great! Fresh, quality food that's fast and affordable . This store even gives a 10% military discount . :)

Everything I've tried here has been fantastic! The convenience of a drive through with quality food is a bonus.

OMG! If more people knew how good this place was, there would be no 'arches','king' or 'pig tailed girl'.......food and service is awesome

I always get the brown rice and black beans . $3.95. You can't beat the price....

Fried Yuca is by far the best side you can get with any meal. There's a Dill dipping sauce (not available in drive thru ) that goes amazingly well with it (the suggested sauce is just so so IMO).

Try the half chicken platter with yucca , and yellow rice .to die for...also add the garlic cilantro sauce ...taste really good

Order the Caribbean chicken soup !!!!! It has plantains !!! 😍😍😍

The chicken and spinach wrap is really small!! I've been to other locations where they make the wraps bigger.

Grilled tropical wings with mac n cheese ! I've never had a bad meal here.

The service is horrible but, the food is so good you'll be back. If you order an item with cheese you need to double check your order they love to charge for it then forget to give it.
