Rudfords is an institution. Nothing fancy , just good food like grandma use to make. No fancy fusion or combination of foods thought up by a chef trying to be different. It is good comfort food !!

Wow! Huge portions , food arrives piping hot. Crinkle fries , crispy has browns, crispy corned beef hash , big omelettes . The French Dip - huge portion of tasty, juicy beef , prepared and cooked here!

Consistent friendly service , add red booth diner atmosphere with yummy options for breakfast lunch or dinner + daily specials and alcoholic beverages like bloody Marys .

This place is awesome it's open late and I just can't express how huge the portions are! Perfect for that midnight craving

Nice stop in the middle of San Diego, real 50's style diner with more chrome and little cliche. Open 24 hours and fantastic meals. If you're poor, a Chicken Salad Sandwich is recommended.

This place is a cute little 24 hour joint. The pancakes are good. The cinnamon roll comes with a THICK LAYER of icing.

Ask for grapefruit juice and you will get Ocean Spray Ruby Red. (I'm not saying that's good or bad; I'm just saying.)

Charger omelette with cheese and avocado and home fries are amazing!
