get the basic “ume” bowl and add ikura and/or uni separately. i think that’s better than getting the higher priced bowls.
Much less crowded than Nihonbashi branch for same wonderful sashimi donburi , if you go big the ‘tokujo’ is an amazing uni/crab/tuna/ikura experience at around 3,500 yen
Be sure to add salmon caviar , takes it to the next level

ぜいたく丼 が絶品です。最後にお出汁をかけてもらい、お茶漬けのようにしていただくのが最高です。おすすめの食べ方が書いてありますので確認してからいただくと良いですね。
つけ麺 の「つじ田」と天丼 の「金子半之助」がコラボして出来た日本橋の人気店のアークヒルズ支店。
ぜいたく丼 の松を注文します。やっぱりウニ が好きです。
