Sephora is great. Penneys took out all the other cash registers and that sucks. Also there are no strollers for kids. But the Sephora rocks.

The sales are good
Worst JC Penny's I've ever been to. Was in the store twice in one day and ignored both times. Complained to a manager about poor customer service and she didn't care at all. Will not go back.
