The installation process is horrendous. It's been two weeks when it was suppose to be 48 hrs. I have been in 3 times, talked to two managers and still nothing gets done. I'm fed up I will never return
New FREE program @ Lowes. It is called MyLowes. I don't have to bring in my receipts anymore to return something. AWESOME!!!!!!

Worse customer service ever. I came in to pick up a small kitchen cabinet that was special ordered and they took over 30 mins just to give it to me.
