the arroz con pollo is the standout. not the traditional version you're used to, the rice is softer with chicharron sprinkled on top like little bits of porky ecstasy. the octopus is very good too.

My fave Jean Georges place yet- and that's coming from a New Yorker! Everything was great. Surprised by the rice dishes- seemed maybe boring, but so comforting and good!!

Try the fish tacos . Crispy , not grilled. The cocktails are good as well . Try a jalapeño basil margarita or ask the bartender to craft you a custom cocktail .

spectacular food. chicken and rice was super flavorful. the crunchy chicken skin added great texture. the grouper tacos were amazing. octopus was super tender and delicious. thumbs up!

The arroz con pollo is absolutely amazing! Everything there tastes great. Tacos and guacamole were also a highlight.

A very nice dining room for Latin and Spanish tapas . New York devotees will enjoy a chance to revisit the sweet pea guac from ABC Cocina . Grouper tacos were stand outs. Skip the tuna tartare

Spicy tuna tartar , shrimp with garlic , and the lobster are all fantastic. Arroz con pollo is just too mushy. Great ambience though. Guac is good too.

Wonderful restaurant . Food is sublime with a Spanish twist. Wine friendly and took 2 btls in and paid corkage. The Hotel is truly a place to see.

Remarkably good, considering it’s a hotel restaurant . Feels very elegant and upscale , but the food is still approachable.

Only good dish was odd but delicious shrimp / banana / almond appetizer with incredible spicy broth . Service was slow, poor, and uninformative; other dishes were bland and uninspired.

Apparently the waiters aren't allowed to call it a tapas restaurant but it's a tapas restaurant . Tuna tartare , chicken tacos , guacamole were all stand outs.
