Hinata Ramen

The karamiso ramen is a pretty fantastic bowl: al dente noodles , perfectly cooked chashu and egg and a broth that's deeply flavorful and needs none of the condiments on the table.

Authentic ramen , amazing starters and a big selection of Japanese drinks. Definitely my favourite place for ramen in Amsterdam!!

Broth was pretty good but noodle was almost like spaghetti . Overall was an acceptable Ramen . Will try here again.

Definitely in the bottom for ramen places . Veggie broth tasted like hot water with some spices mixed through, the chicken broth likewise lacked flavour. It barely had any meat as well . Better skip it!
