Fried Hokkien Mee was a generous serving . It was really an enjoyable dish. absolutely a must try!
Very wet style, with lots of prawn flavours
CKT is decent but not wet enough for my liking. Plate also lacks 'wok hei' – the elusive smokiness. Big serving for one Asian person though☺️
Shifted to Food Opera, ION mall . The Hokkien Fried Prawn Noodles at Food Republic Wisma Atria is no longer Thye Hong

The prawns are a little bland but the flavor is so good, it's worth a try even with the always long lines .
