Been going to Shirley for almost 8 yrs-- she saved my life when I tried to bleach my own hair at home. I have frizzy, hard to manage hair, but she ALWAYS gives me the sexiest haircut & color for cheap
Great quality and service for a great price, better than other places I've been to in flushing.
Monday to Thursday they have a deal... Wash (+head massage ), color, cut then blowout or straightening for $45.
