The Persimmon Hill meatloaf and the house salad with rotisserie chicken are great favorites.
Service as usual was excellent. Live that all the waitstaff are your servers. The slow roasted chicken is wonderful in their stuffed poblano and enchiladas .
Love it. Phenomenal (but pricey ) Ribeye . Chicken Tortilla Soup is excellent as well . I haven't had a bad dish here so you can't go wrong.

Well , I had the "cluck n moo". Cluck was te rotisserie and the moo was the tender steak . Oh, did I mention the garlic potatoes . ....lawd have mercy.
You can't go wrong with the cornbread , stuffed Poblano pepper, Shrimp Cargot, Short-Smoked Salmon , the Ribeye , or the Something Chocolate . <3
If you haven't yet, you should try their Rotisserie Chicken ! Mmmm. Service is amazing! Time is amazing.

Order your water in a to go cup. First glass was filthy, next had bleach in it, and the third in a to go cup had warm water and melted all the ice. Also, don't expect your server to apologize.

I disagree with previous tips regarding poor service. My experience dining here many time is that Red Rock sets the standard for service for nice restaurants in Wichita.
