Awesome dog shop. Wish I could have tried more but the elk jalapeño was great. Got it topped "Jim's way". The fries weren't great, however. Overcooked. This place crushes Crif Dogs in NYC.

The pheasant dog is very tasty! Rely on the staff to suggest the best toppings to add to your dog. If you love potato chips , theirs are thick, salty, and crunchy, the epitome of a potato chip .

Everything is good and there will always something a bit out your comfort zone, but go for it. I'm sure you're going to love it. My favorite: the reindeer .

I had the conspiracy pheasant , but you can pick from free standard toppings for your dog if you don't want to pay an extra $1.25. They even have curry ketchup so you can approximate a curry wurst .

Try the pheasant hot dog with wasabi aioli , caramelized apples , and shaved Irish cheddar . Get a side of charred tahini cauliflower and wash it all down with a craft beer .

Ask for a recommendation. Jack-a-lope is great, and get a side of fried mac n cheese , you will not be disappointed.

The Alaskan Reindeer is a great choice. I think if you paired it with cole slaw on top you'll like it even more.
