The Canard au Sang is the signature dish and the preparation at the table is spectacular! But, the real star on the menu is Kalfshersenen! Cow's brains!! Superbly delicious!
We had the classical one, the Chateaubriand meat with fries and pepper and choron sauce. The best you can get, for sure!
Best steak tartare !!! And the french fries : fantastisch!!!
