Go to the new area, a research center. It's interactive, they have videos you can watch, games you can play, and a 3 story screen that shows clips! it is like a whole other museum ! Gift shop and cafe .
Highly educational & such fabulous exhibitions . It always proves to be a delightful escape for those science hungry minds, & it's exceptionally fun for families & children!

The have a bitterly conservatory on the 4th floor of the main Museum side. The majority of the museum is free. And they do stuff for kids.
The whale exhibits are amazing, and the butterfly room is wonderful.
