They have cancelled a lot of classes in the last year but if you want standard gym fare--cycle and Zumba--you can get it here with decent instructors .

If you forget your lock in the locker room , they gather them all up at the end of the day and keep them indefinitely behind the check-in counter, and all you have to do is ask to go through them.

A lot of hidden charges from them, be careful! Like tons of people have said online, once they have your credit card, they will charge you until the day you die.

I never have a problem with parking in the open parking , but for those who might, there is a garage you can access from the rt7 side.

Here's the best tip I can give. Do not join!! One Life will not let your cancel your membership. They will keep billing your credit card even if you tell write letters to quit. Terrible company!

If you want some kickbutt workout, take Shannon's & Drew's class , Tae Bo & Insanity .

Massive gym , decent price, a personal trainer is not worth the extra money at all tho
