Mos Burger is so delicious because of the use of the beef brand "Kamphaeng Saen" which maintains the proportionate genetics of 25% Thai native cattle, 25% US Brahman, and 50% French Charolais. Cool!!
To avoid carbs, skip the bun and substitute it with lettuce. Applicable for chicken teriyaki , fish and shrimp burger .
