Must visit place. It has what The Eden Project needs; animals! Great place. Especially go see the meerkats , they're tiny and adorable, a cross between little people and kittens ! ;)
Definitely a must place to go for an animal lover! The place is like a mini safari style so its a fun place to go especially for kids^_^
It isn't really a zoo , there are no large animals and it's small in comparison. Saying that though, it's a nice afternoon out with the kids if you're nearby.
Went here for a children's party and the staff were really good with the kids - The only shame was that some sections were closed for refurbishment.
Fourth visit and it seems scruffier than ever. The cracks in the glass round the meerkats are patched up with black tape.
If you join Friends of Rounday Park (£15 for 2 people per year) you get in free each time you visit.
Only cost £5 admission, a really great place

The crocodiles love chicken but your not allowed to feed them but I threw in a chicken leg when no one was looking
Awesome, such a lovely place! Everyone should go at least once x the kids love it
Bus number 2 and 12 runs here. You can board them from the bus stop of Vicar Lane.
Wear t-shirt inside it. Atmosphere is really... Tropical. Indeed mirkatts are great, search for the crocodile .
And the park - beautiful and the 2nd largest city park in Europe!!
Exotic animals and plants
Still worth paying just a small amount with a Leeds card .
Always seems to be closed when I go...
Nice...and..simple
Chocolate muffins are yummy
No point having a Leeds card now. You still have to pay
