Spacious with lots of seats and tables when not busy. Outside area too for smokers. Pulled pork wrap was tasty. Expensive though.
All the tables are always full of rubbish. more staff is needed to clear the tables promptly.
One of the largest Costa 's I've come across, nice interior too.
The chai latte tastes like i'm being tricked into doing the cinnamon challenge
Costa needs to listen to the feedback it gets via Social channels such as FourSquare
Hard to find a seat at the weekend these days, gets very busy and noisy .
Impossible service. They just don't know how to work. Waited for my coffee until I had to go there to claim it and they forgot my order. Like everyone else's orders.
Bring good headphones, it's super noisy in here.
The baristas don't communicate very well .
Really busy and rude people
The service makes a snail who's been drugged look fast. The worst Costa I've visited. If you have a choice use the other one in Ealing.
This is the worst Costa I have ever visited! Very slow service and place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a fortnight! Shocking.
Rude and very slow staff ... Too busy talking to each other to listen to customer ... Got my order wrong twice!
The other costa is better
Surly staff and slow to serve. Worst Costa I have ever been to.
Chicken burger very good, but beef is not upto standard - Mark Evans
If you want to shop at Primark, go here, it is a lot quieter, not so hectic. I still want to avoid going anywhere near Hounslow though. - Ann Marie
The staff here are the best. Really chatty and friendly. :) - Sami Westwood
Ice coffee On the Rock is made properly chilled espresso. Lime & coconut slice is soft & moist. - Georgina de Pear
This shopping centre seems to be busy all the time. The Ealing Central Library is also located in the centre. Lots of electronics type shops as well as places to eat and drink. Well worth a visit. - Mike Kelly
Try Spencer's open air cafe for good coffee and excellent fresh squeezed orange juice. Pain au raisin is fresh crisp and yummie. Cooked food is often slow to arrive. - Ian Fogg
