If you want a cardio workout that will KICK your butt, try anyone of Amie's classes . I personally recommend Turbokick on Tuesdays at 5:30pm and Zumba Fitness on Thursdays at 6:30pm
If your looking for a trainer request Jud. He's great and keeps me focused while challenging me.
