Really nice place! I wish people would visit our museum often. The entrance fee is cheap , plus the time you'd spend here is worth it. It's really interesting.
Stand in awe of our National Treasure, the Spolarium , by Juan Luna . An extensive collection from national artists is housed with WW2 period pieces and sculptures . Entrance is free and staff is great!
Great collection. The other good stuff like the Spoliarium and whale shark bones are housed in a separate building across the main structure .
Eat & drink a bit before coming here. Food isn't allowed. There aren't any concessionaires. Prepare to get tired from all the walking. Apart from all that, seeing all this history is so frickin cool.
This is one of the historical place in part of Manila if you want to go inside you will be advice that the Photo capturing is ristricted.
Work your way from the third floor going down. Make sure the Hall Masters of is your last stop. This route guarantees goosebumps at the end of your tour . :)
Wouldve wanted to see more historical artifacts since the bldg is mostly filled with paintings and sculpture . Enlightening experience nevertheless.
Free entrances on Sundays. Bad timing of coming here on a Saturday. The place is awesome though.. and we had no problems walking.. it was so worth it.

It's National Heritage month. Admission is free for the whole month of May. Vicente Manansala 's exhibit is a must-see!
Great exhibits however the layout of the galleries could be more intuitive.
Check out their 'Pamana' exhibit -- or take a peek inside the on-going restoration of the old senate hall. Marvelous place.

Start from the 3rd floor first so you won't go back and forth. Entrance is totally free! Then visit the Planetarium afterwards would be a good combo.
The best works here are Amorsolo's, Ocampo's, and Francisco's paintings !
theres no charge if you go on a sunday , we were lucky enough to have someone guide us through because we were a big group ^_^

Bam bike ecotours. Great half a day tour, guide has excellent knowledge and easier to get around to all sites. Beautiful culture, churches and Spanish architecture - Melissa Collins
