Since opening our doors in 1985, Tandoor ─ a part of Holiday Inn Singapore Orchard City Centre ─ has become synonymous with authentically prepared, traditional Indian cuisine.

Standard order of friend who dines here regularly. From top right, clockwise: pan-cooked okra (lady’s fingers), Goa fish curry , slow-cooked black lentils , Jalandhar prawn curry , & rice . Everything!

Without the jiggle, the rose panna cotta felt more like a pudding . I'd say pick the Gulab Jamun instead.

Chargrilled lamb chop (bhune tamatar ki chaamp) was juicy & aromatic. Full portion is 4 pairs of ribs ($48), half is 2 pairs. Would order again

Naan here is yummy!

I bit of a ripoff. Food is fair at best. Not much value for money . Seems to rely solely on captive hotel guests as clients.
