I see people complain about finding help in a home depot, if you can't find your way around a hd you probably shouldn't be attempting DIY.

WOW! Help from 4 different people. That didn't know anything while being rung up. Kinda ridiculous. Probably going to Lowes for big purchases.

Love renting tools to finish a job. Have fun completing any DYI project.

I should have read the tips about the terrible service before I even set foot in the store. Clearly it's a systemic problem. I lodged my own complaint with the manager, but I'm sure it went nowhere.

it used to be Home Depot stood behind what they sold. No longer. Better have a receipt and it better be within 90 days even for an exchange now
