I isited the store at 3 pm and was able to make an appointment to fix my phone at 4:20 pm not bad when you have great stores nearby! As it was a water damage I got a replacement with 50% off

You do not have to wait at the genius bar to pick up a repair. Mention to staff upstairs that you are simply doing a pick up. Save a lot of waiting!

Slow service, staff standing around, pretending that they busy, but they r not, have to wait 2 days to get problems solved that could be done in 20 minutes

Great place to buy a desktop, laptop, ipod etc. They have computer accesories, ipod accesories and everything apple . You can surf the web or their computer not internet charge, ITS FREE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You would think the "Geniuses" would have basic problem solving skills or at least be able to provide a solution or 2 that doesn't come from any FAQ you can find online
