Peet's Coffee & Tea

Great coffee and nearby various offices . The wifi works very well and it's usually quiet . Gets really crowed between 8-10 am

It gets busy during lunch , so try to go at 11 or 1:30. Get the black Thai!

To be clear, this Peet's is only open during normal business hours (roughly 9-5) on work days (Monday-Friday) to accommodate local businesses. Don't bother stopping by on the weekend - it's closed!

Shares space with another Cafe , so feels and tastes like an airport location.

Slow Wifi (1.04 Mbps). Wifi belongs to Specialties, the cafe that shares the space with Peet's.

Highest quality coffee , in my opinion, compared to Coffee Bean and Starbucks

Always really slow internet, not convenient for work.
