Wonderful, inside or outside. Heated seating outside facing the world. The waiters have real attitude, but it seems to suit the place, and a lot of it is effected until they get to know you.
A Brussels institution where the car is for sure the owner and during the day older ladies come with their tiny dogs.
Pure nostalgia, but everything is super pricey . Coffee 's worth the price tag though, as is the interior.
I had a beer and fries . They have a good selection of beer , but the fries are crap - it doesn’t bode well for their dinner menu . Wouldn’t recommend.

I expected more of the coffee in this majestic atmosphere, and for that price. The bartender doesn't even make coffee , he just pushes a button on a machine. The taste is accordingly: disappointing.
Try the vegetable tartare with greu North Sea shrimps ... delicious

Waiting 25 minutes to order an overpriced beer . We left before a server even spoke to us, although we tried to wave one over twice.
