クラシカルなつけ麺 です。コテコテな今風のつけ汁 ではないですが、さっぱりとした醤油 味の汁に、ツルシコの麺 が美味しかったです。盛りすぎない、シンプルな味だから、長年愛されているんじゃないかと思われ。
Main branch of the yellow-signed Azabu Ramen chain. This is no-nonsense ramen, with all the classics available and a decent topping selection. The 1000 set with gyoza and a beer is excellent value. - Dan
