麺 屋武蔵等と豚 骨魚介 Wスープ 流行の初期牽引店の１つ。中野の本店等と違いはない安定した味。比較的粘性の強い豚 骨スープ はそれに負けない強烈な魚介 スープ と合わさり、このバランス。麺 は黄色い舌触りツルツルの噛みごたえはモッチリ、ストレートの標準的な太さ。どの具材も私には美味しく、バランスも良い。
入り口が開きっぱなし、厨房を中心としてコの字型カウンター席 のみなので、サッと食べてサッと帰るスタイルになります。
味は中野の青葉だけど、バイトの入れ替わりが激しくて来店のたびに何かとイライラ…
スープ が美味しい。つけ麺 の麺 が細くなりました。
