Quick course が 1,000 yen 90 min → 60 min に時短になってて事実上の値上。水は14.5℃程度と以前より冷たくなってる。「・・・うがいはご遠慮・・」と書かれている浴室入口の冷水機は殆ど水が出ないのは相変わらずだ。
90分コース 1000円。Sauna室TV無し。外気浴無し。水風呂 は16度程度だが、ICE BOXが置いて有り利用者が自由に水風呂 に氷えお入れて水温を下げることが可能。有りそうで無いサービス。新しい!! 場所が角海老 GYMの隣です。
Sauna室の壁が新しくなってたりSauna stoveがMETOSのIKI SaunaになってたりPower upしてる。次は水風呂 をキンキンにするしかないな。
館内Wi-Fiは、SSID: capsule-in / Pass: otsuka01 深夜3:00〜4:00は清掃のため大浴場 利用不可
