Ian's a great teacher , I recommend his classes - so check out their website for scheduling. This is a wonderful studio in a kind-of-weird location in Toronto for a yoga studio . Not a knock though.
Definitely a great space, Janine's Level 1 Ashtanga class is great. I think all Yoga is meant to be taught this way but they definitely don't push you to do poses that you don't feel comfortable with.
The 30 days for $30 deal is really great, and the vibes are super positive. Try the restorative class after a long workday.
still one of my favorite spots to do yoga in the city . the large room is beautiful with high ceilings , and the instructors are amazing.
The most important things you'll need to get started in yoga - as they say - are a big heart and a small ego.
A few more spaces left in Ian MacDonald's The Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga : From Beginning to End @ College, starts Jan 22.

I just love their Double Chocolaty Chip Crème Frappuccino! Great place too cozy, not too cold and not too hot! Great meeting place! - gourmetrecipe .com
