Koh Tapu (James Bond Island)

As the name suggests, this island featured in the James Bond film The Man with the Golden Gun (1974) as the hideaway of notorious hitman Scaramanga, where he and Bond eventually have a face off.

Famous for the film "The Man with the Golden Gun", this is a really amazing place ! Maybe of the most iconic in Thailand. Try to go there early to avoid the crowd.

Interesting island with the rock formations and of course james bond 1974 the golden gun movie . If you happen to come to phuket you need to experience this delicate atmosphere

If you come to Phuket , this is a must do, I did the PASSION cruise which made this trip excellent.

Quite a few opportunities for great pictures here & plenty of facilities on the island . Take a tour later in the day, there will be much less crowds + you get an amazing sunset view on the way back.

Come either early or late to avoid the tourist masses and get a proper photograph ! Featured in Tomorrow Never Dies and The Man with the Golden Gun 007 movies

When it's on your schedule on the 2nd day of amazing Thai limestone rocks, it's not that exciting, but still it's interesting to see.

Nothing to see but an iconic stone of the movie james bond. Very crowded , sea is muddy. No swimming .

Tourist place, not for swimming , water is murky, beach is rocky, good for pics. Save your money, Don't buy anything there

Where The James Bond Movie was made!

Shallow approaches, travelling by yacht, be careful at low tide. Hundreds of people ashore. Place isn't worth it to come, btw the movie is mediocre too.

This tour only makes sense with canoe and caves . The island is very small and barely visible behind tourists .
