Try the "Mock Chicken Salad "... It's great! I know everything "tastes like chicken " but... This stuff actually tastes like chicken ! I think it is tofu .

If you want to do take advantage of some cheese and/or wine/beer sampling.... the optimal time seems to be 1 pm on Saturdays.

I love the raw food selection although it is pricey . Try the Synergy Cosmic Cranberry beverage. Great stuff!
