Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore BWI Airport

Located next to a bunch of other airport hotels . No reason to choose this unless you're loyal to Marriott .

Marriott needs to spruce this brand up. The hotels are now tired looking and dated... More like a holiday inn now.

Love it here! Very nice staff and nice rooms.

Stop in AR the Bistro and see Donna- great service. She has been there over 20 years.

Don't be surprised having ants in your room :/

Internet really is bad. No Verizon service and practically impossible to get iPhone on wifi . Elevator broken - front desk said "but it's ok - you're on the 2nd floor." No, that's not ok.

Was sitting few hours at the desk in my room at the 3rd floor and killing ants :/ disgusting. If you stay multiple nights they don't clean the floor. The dirt still there next day. Disappointed.

Pool doesn't open till 5pm on weekdays :(

A bit unimpressed with the amenities . Staff is Nice. Place is clean towels are very poor quality. Rooms should have fridges ! Not all do.

Worst service compared to the other courtyards I stayed at. The shuttle service never answered to pick me up from the airport .

Hands down the worst hotel . No rewards or benefits for Marriott members. Prices at the bar/cafe are OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Awful service and shuttle service number goes unanswered. Had to take a cab from the airport because the shuttle never arrived. Don't stay here.

Worst service ever. Corey at the front desk is rude and won't hesitate to tell you that you're not as important as other guests and will treat you terribly
